Teri Griege is a competitive triathlete, marathoner and Ironman who shares her inspiring story as she continues her fight with Stage IV colon cancer. Teri has a deep understanding of what it means to stay motivated, finding inspiration in the face of adversity and the importance of security and balance in an unpredictable world.
 
In 2009, Teri was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer and given a six percent chance of survival. Despite the devastating prognosis, Teri refused to let the disease get in the way of her dream, competing in The Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. In 2011, at the age of 50, Teri crossed the finish line in Kona. She continues to train and compete in World Marathon Majors, triathlons and races.
 
Teri has been a featured guest at a range of major companies and organizations and she’s been featured on The Today Show, ESPN, and NBC and Ellen DeGeneres Show’s Good News Blog. She is an impactful and memorable addition to any event.
