You must be a female and live in one of the six communities of Wilmore, Englewood, Protection, Ashland, Coldwater, or Minneola. A voucher form is completed and approved prior to service for WEPAC funds.

Well-Woman Exams: WEPAC will pay all charges if you are uninsured or the balance after your insurance has paid for a well-woman exam including all the lab/pathology charges associated with a screening pap IF the services are provided in one of the WEPAC communities.

Mammograms: WEPAC will pay all charges if you are uninsured or the balance after your insurance has paid for mammograms including the charge by the radiologist IF the services are provided in one of the WEPAC communities.

Sonograms:  WEPAC will pay all charges including the charges by the radiologist for breast sonograms and limited abdominal, pelvic and transvaginal sonograms to rule-out ovarian or uterine cancer.  


Colonoscopy: WEPAC will pay up to $1,000 of screening colonoscopy charges including  the charges for the physician, anesthesia and facility.  A colonoscopy may be done at any hospital or surgical center.  But, if you have a colonoscopy done at the Minneola District Hospital or Pratt Regional Hospital you will not have any out-of-pocket expenses.  WEPAC will not pay for complications, biopsies, pathology, EKG or lab work with a screening colonoscopy.  Any charges over the basic screening colonoscopy charge will be your responsibility. 

WEPAC pays for colonoscopies for both Women and Men. 

Skin Checks: WEPAC will pay up to $200 per year for Males & Females for skin cancer screenings if conducted by a local primary care provider or your dermatologist. If done by the local provider, a voucher needs to be completed. If done with your dermatologist you will submit a copy of the invoice from the dermatologist. WEPAC will not pay for biopsies, additional testing or invasive procedures.  
WEPAC pays for skin checks for both women and men.

HPV Vaccine: WEPAC will pay for any Clark or Comanche county student (male or female) to receive the Human Papillomavirus Vaccine if done through the Ashland, Minneola or Comanche County Clinic or the Clark or Comanche County Health Department. 

PSA: WEPAC will pay for PSA Screenings provided in one of the WEPAC Communities.

Low Dose Lung Cancer Screening: 
WEPAC will pay up to $500.00 for females or males who qualify for an annual Low Dose Lung Cancer Screening.  This exam must be ordered by a Provider and the patient must meet all qualifications.
