WEPAC Mission Statement
WEPAC is dedicated to providing resources and education to encourage women, men and children in Clark and Comanche counties to take active responsibility for their health with an emphasis on screenings.

Who is WEPAC?
The WEPAC Alliance is a non-profit organization in Kansas that is dedicated to providing resources and education to encourage women in Wilmore, Englewood, Protection, Ashland, Coldwater, and Minneola to take active responsibility for their health. It combines the resources of Ashland Health Center, Minneola District Hospital, and Comanche County Hospital to meet the collective healthcare needs of the women in their hospital districts.
Why are we doing this?
Women in this country make 80% of the healthcare decisions for their families. Sadly, in this process, they often neglect their own healthcare. In Southwest Kansas, the situation is even more prevalent due to limitations with access to care. The funds raised by the WEPAC Alliance go to pay designated preventive cancer screenings for women in the six communities of Wilmore, Englewood, Protection, Ashland, Coldwater, and Minneola. Through the dilligent work of the Comanche County Hospital CEO along with Ashland Health Center's CEO, digital mammograms are now available in Coldwater and Ashland. It is our goal that every woman in these six communities schedule their yearly exams today and each year hereafter. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of the board members.
